Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team at REALTY PROPERTY SERVICES LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience working with interior subcontractors on commercial, mixed-use and/or multi-family projects or 4-5 years' experience in residential interior construction.

You will possess strong knowledge in layout, crew management, issue resolution, and subcontractor coordination. Additionally, you should be able to read blueprints, understand plan specifications and apply them in the field.

Responsibilities
  • Inform team members on where to be when new jobs start
  • Meet with project managers to review plans and discuss details
  • Procure necessary contact information and develop positive relationships with contacts
  • Hold daily field huddles with the team
  • Communicate clear expectations to team members of what needs to be done daily
  • Prepare the team for productivity when you will be absent (with at least a full day or more of notice)
  • Be on time every day
  • Bear ultimate responsibility for any poor workmanship, incompleteness, and mistakes
  • Work effectively with clients and design teams
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience
  • Possesses strong knowledge base in layout, crew management, issue resolution, and subcontractor coordination
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand plan specifications
Compensation and Benefits
