Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival at the airport.
- Successful completion of all required training programs.
- Willingness to relocate for base assignments at personal expense.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance in accordance with company standards.
- Compliance with all regulations regarding drug and alcohol use.
- Capability to serve a variety of food and beverages.
- Valid U.S. passport or foreign passport with necessary visas.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Vision must be at least 20/40 with corrective lenses if necessary.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Capacity to navigate the aircraft aisles without disrupting passengers.
- Ability to remain seated with safety restraints during flight.
- Physical endurance to stand, sit, and move for extended periods.
- Ability to assist passengers during emergencies.
- Starting pay: $28 per hour.
- Minimum monthly guarantee of 75 hours.
- Additional compensation for lead positions and per diem while on duty.
- Holiday pay for designated company holidays.
