Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival at the airport.
  • Successful completion of all required training programs.
  • Willingness to relocate for base assignments at personal expense.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Professional appearance in accordance with company standards.
  • Compliance with all regulations regarding drug and alcohol use.
  • Capability to serve a variety of food and beverages.
  • Valid U.S. passport or foreign passport with necessary visas.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements
  • Vision must be at least 20/40 with corrective lenses if necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Capacity to navigate the aircraft aisles without disrupting passengers.
  • Ability to remain seated with safety restraints during flight.
  • Physical endurance to stand, sit, and move for extended periods.
  • Ability to assist passengers during emergencies.
Compensation
  • Starting pay: $28 per hour.
  • Minimum monthly guarantee of 75 hours.
  • Additional compensation for lead positions and per diem while on duty.
  • Holiday pay for designated company holidays.
