Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is tasked with achieving recruitment objectives by successfully identifying and securing skilled candidates for open roles. This includes sourcing, evaluating, and managing the interview process, as well as overseeing offer negotiations and onboarding procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifies and engages potential candidates through various channels including recruitment platforms, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Coordinates with candidates to finalize interview arrangements.
  • Evaluates candidates' professional backgrounds, skills, and qualifications.
  • Extends job offers and facilitates orientation for new hires.
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to formulate effective interview questions.
  • Conducts exit interviews and manages changes in employee status.
  • Works closely with hiring managers to assess staffing requirements and needs.
  • Supports HR Business Partners with various HR-related tasks as needed.
  • Performs additional duties as required.
Job Qualifications

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with a preference for a focus in Human Resource Management. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms, HR software, and management systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting various interview formats (e.g., phone, video).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
