Daily Responsibilities
  • Identify, target, and recruit top-tier talent utilizing various methods such as referrals, networking, cold calling, and data-sourcing tools
  • Conduct thorough discovery calls with prospective candidates
  • Communicate job opportunities and requirements to candidates
  • Match candidates with suitable opportunities that align with their qualifications and fit
  • Collaborate with leadership and fellow recruiters to support and initiate new client engagements
  • Efficiently plan, organize, and prioritize tasks in coordination with Account Managers and clients
