Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and plans to achieve stated revenue objectives for Midmark Corporation. This role will involve establishing and driving product marketing strategies and programs consistent with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans to achieve stated revenue objectives.
  • Establish and maintain marketing content and collateral.
  • Establish KPIs with supporting monitoring and reporting of achievements.
  • Analyze market data to inform the company about changes in market share and competitive activity.
  • Provide monthly product forecasting updates for financial and operational planning.
  • Analyze available data inputs to recommend annual product pricing adjustments.
  • Collaborate with upstream marketing partners to collect market intel and identify customer needs.
  • Create detailed business cases for sustaining products.
  • Plan and support execution of marketing campaigns and sales tools.
  • Manage vendor relationships when the product category includes OEM products.
  • Establish presence as the subject matter expert aligned with presentations, training, and support of internal sales team, customer experience, technical service, channel sales and marketing, and end-users.
  • Support strategic initiatives across responsible product categories.
  • Responsible for setting and managing project budgets.
  • Interface with operations and engineering to provide ongoing product improvements, changes, and quality updates.
