Marketing Manager

At PuroClean, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an annual marketing plan that promotes our franchise services and builds a diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage marketing tasks unique to the needs of PuroClean and its customers, including planning continuing education classes, hosting events, and building relationships with centers of influence.
  • Identify, create, and execute annual marketing objectives in line with our operating budget.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction by reviewing customer satisfaction forms, conducting follow-up phone calls, and doing follow-up visits to ensure customers are satisfied.
  • Recruit, train, and coach additional sales staff when applicable.
  • Build brand awareness, promote the 'One Team' culture, and have a genuine willingness to make a difference in your community through service.

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people, asking open-ended questions, and delivering the brand 'message.'
  • Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations and support the business.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes, and community events in a group setting.
  • Respect for safety and brand identity guidelines. Ability to present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales-based setting.
