Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to identify mental health needs and develop treatment plans
  • Provide clinical supervision to behavioral health staff to ensure high-quality care and adherence to professional standards
  • Deliver evidence-based clinical treatments, including individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and psychoeducational programming
  • Consult with staff and provide crisis intervention for youth presenting emergent issues
  • Provide clinical education, consultation, and leadership to staff working in secure residential facilities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Doctorate degree in clinical or counseling psychology from an American Psychological Association (APA) accredited college or university and a current Georgia license to practice psychology. Preferred qualifications include experience working with justice-involved youth, providing clinical supervision, and training in trauma-focused interventions.
