Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to our C-Suite. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team at Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule travel arrangements for the Executive team.
  • Prepare and submit executive expense reports, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive communication.
  • Coordinate Board of Directors and other high-level meetings, including logistics, catering, and agenda creation.
  • Facilitate key projects, often of confidential nature, requiring independent research and exceptional organizational skills.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting senior-level management in an administrative capacity.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including experience creating executive-level communications.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple competing deadlines.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with a particular proficiency in PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background working in a legal office or supporting attorneys.
  • Experience with Concur and Microsoft Teams.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare or medical device industry.
Work Environment
  • Indoor open office environment with minimal noise volume.
  • Frequent repetitive motions, such as keyboard and mouse usage.
  • Frequent stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.

We offer a competitive benefit package, including Medical, Dental, 401K with Match, and a salary range of $85,000 to $105,000 annually, depending on experience and location.
