About This Role


The Senior Software Engineering Leader occupies a distinctive role within the organization, serving as both a technical contributor and a performance mentor.

In the capacity of a technical contributor, the Senior Software Engineering Leader may integrate into development teams or collaborate across teams to drive organizational success and deliver business value.

As a pivotal contributor, the Senior Software Engineering Leader engages with system architects to influence and support intentional architecture, develops software that provides business value (e.g., new features), and creates frameworks to expedite team delivery or enhance test automation and testability.

As a performance mentor, the Senior Software Engineering Leader collaborates closely with individual team members, their supervisors, scrum masters, and product owners to teach and reinforce contemporary software development methodologies.

This role requires the Senior Software Engineering Leader to engage across teams and integrate within teams to foster skill development, enabling team members and teams to achieve high performance.

This role is eligible to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. Full-time employees are eligible to participate in health benefits on day one of employment.
