Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Member Services Representative II to join our team at Launch Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, assisting them with various transactions, and promoting our credit union products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Member Service: Provide exceptional service to members, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Transaction Processing: Process a variety of transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing.
  3. Cash Handling: Balance cash drawers, accurately account for all cash and monetary instruments, and follow all cash handling and balancing procedures.
  4. Product Referral: Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and services, promoting our credit union offerings.
  5. Communication: Communicate effectively with members, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Compliance: Follow all operational procedures, ensuring accuracy, managing risk, preventing fraud, and protecting members.
Requirements
  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Experience: Minimum of two years of similar or related experience, with a minimum of one year of experience in identifying member needs and offering technical and sophisticated products in a production-driven environment.
  3. Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build rapport and establish trust with members.
