Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to oversee PM operations at our hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, guidance, and leadership to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and support to guests with issues and concerns
- Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel, including directions, hours of operation, hotel services, and local events
- Assist fellow team members and other departments to maintain positive working relationships
- Drive our airport shuttle safely as needed
- Provide or obtain accurate information to guests
