We are looking for a committed individual to become a vital member of our Quality Assurance team. The Quality Assurance Inspector is essential in verifying that circuit boards, electronic parts, and electro-mechanical assemblies are produced accurately and operate effectively. The contributions of the Quality Assurance Inspector are crucial in minimizing errors and setbacks in the production of advanced displays, onboard computing, and communication systems that enhance aviation safety.

Key Duties:

  • Conduct inspections of circuit boards, electronic, and electro-mechanical assemblies according to specifications, procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Document and submit findings from tests and inspections.
  • Utilize the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system effectively.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Perform various other inspection tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities are essential.
  • Ability to comprehend written instructions and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Capability to use a microscope for extended durations.
  • Must successfully complete the Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies training course.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Good vision, ability to lift up to 35 pounds, and capacity to sit or stand for long periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in electronics assembly.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant inspection experience.
