We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Hospice team in Greenville, SC area as a Senior Hospice Administrator. This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Hospice programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage the overall operations of our Hospice services, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Licensed as Registered Nurse (RN) in state(s) serviced by the agency or Bachelor's/Master's degree in business/health-related field required.
  • Minimum 2 years Hospice experience required; 3+ years recent Medicare-certified hospice and/or home health agency experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in revenue growth, market planning, and team leadership.
