Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Support Specialist - Customer Experience. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in an office setting and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to deliver solutions that meet and exceed our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead management and scheduling: Coordinate with service professionals to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Customer communications: Communicate with customers to guide them through their projects and manage their expectations.
  • Create lifelong customers: Deliver a great experience that wows every customer.

Requirements:

  • Live within the area
  • 2+ years of experience in an office setting
  • Solving problems must come easily to you
  • Complete a background check
  • Professional communication and phone skills

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
