About the Role

Guidehouse is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team in supporting the Department of State. As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in delivering Agile support and expertise to the government.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze requirements, developer experiences, performance metrics, and infrastructure trends to assist the client in making informed decisions.
  • Assist and facilitate scaled Agile development processes and maintain clear, actionable Azure DevOps (ADO) workflows.
  • Work closely with Technical Leads to define features and prioritize incoming tickets by assessing priority and impact.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve blockers and dependencies.
Requirements
  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • FOUR (4) years professional experience in complex technical systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • THREE (3) years experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Agile certifications (Certified Scrum Master, Agile Product Owner/Product Manager, etc.).
  • Experience leading teams using scaled Agile methods.
  • Experience as a Scrum master.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience implementing at a Federal program.
