Job Description

This role involves providing dental services to patients with the support of our dedicated team. You will be responsible for promoting a positive image of our company and participating in activities that enhance our community presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality dental care to children and young adults
  • Participate in morning huddles and plan your day effectively
  • Highlight great examples of customer focus and collaboration
  • Hold staff to the highest integrity by adhering to government regulations and company standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A DDS/DMD from a Commission on Dental Accreditation-accredited program
  • A completed Pediatric Residency accredited by the CDA
  • A current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
  • Certifications as required (PALS/BLS, DEA, etc.)
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
  • Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and young adults
