Madera Community Hospital is seeking a skilled and experienced leader to fill the role of Clinic Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Family Health Services Clinics, ensuring continuity of care, and meeting regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, direct, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Family Health Services Clinics
  • Ensure continuity of care at all Hospital-sponsored clinics
  • Meet Outpatient Clinic HFAP, State, and Federal Standards
  • Staff and manage assigned personnel
  • Assure adequate supplies and equipment in the department
  • Promote department teamwork with physicians, staff, and other departments
Requirements
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
  • At least 5 years of patient care experience in a clinic setting
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Electronic Medical Records
  • Positive Guest Relations and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current California Registered Nurse License
  • American Heart Association BCLS Certificate
