Healthcare Clinic Manager

Madera Community Hospital is seeking a skilled leader to oversee the Family Health Services Clinics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and experience in supervising clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, direct, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Family Health Services Clinics.
- Ensure continuity of care at all Hospital-sponsored clinics.
- Meet Outpatient Clinic HFAP, State, and Federal Standards.
- Staff and manage assigned personnel.
- Assure adequate supplies and equipment in the department.
- Promote department teamwork with physicians, staff, and other departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Sciences, or related field.
- Prefer graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
- Prefer minimum 5 years supervisory experience and experience in healthcare clinic settings.
- Able to track multiple tasks and complete promptly and accurately.
- Able to quickly build and maintain rapport with patients and providers of differing backgrounds.
