Key Responsibilities
  • Provide substitute coverage for the Program Director during periods of leave
  • Serve as secondary liaison with ORR (Office of Refugee Resettlement)
  • Work closely with the Program Director to ensure compliance with ORR requirements
  • Directly supervise staff members, including Milieu Supervisors, Medical Coordinators, and Skills Trainers
  • Create staffing schedules to ensure adequate supervision of youth at all times
  • Review incident reports and shift summaries, and submit critical incident reports to ORR
  • Develop and propose program policies and procedures
