Opportunity Overview
The Senior Environmental Planner/Program Manager role at Anchor QEA offers a unique opportunity to work on complex environmental projects, leading the development and implementation of planning and permitting strategies. This position involves overseeing project teams in executing permitting strategies and developing technical studies and reports, environmental assessments, and environmental impact statements. You will be responsible for conducting agency negotiations and facilitating stakeholder groups and public meetings.

Responsibilities and Requirements
* Develop and implement comprehensive environmental compliance strategies for complex or controversial projects
* Lead environmental review efforts, including NEPA and SEPA reviews
* Serve as project manager, fostering client relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing large teams
* Conduct agency negotiations and facilitate stakeholder groups and public meetings

Expected Qualifications
* Bachelors degree or higher with 17+ years of relevant experience, preferably with consulting experience
* Experienced in developing environmental documentation related to federal and state regulations
* Skilled in managing tasks and teams of people, excellent written and verbal communication

Compensation Package
* Estimated annual salary: $137,000-$170,000
* Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid holidays, and retirement plan
