Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Software Engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of NLP algorithms and models using Java technologies.
  • Utilize machine learning and deep learning methodologies to extract insights from unstructured text data
  • Strong proficiency in Java programming
  • Create efficient algorithms and workflows for processing, parsing, and analyzing extensive text datasets.
  • Assess the performance of NLP models and algorithms with suitable evaluation metrics.
  • Solid understanding of algorithms to identify and implement tools for NLP tasks
  • Familiarity with NLP libraries and frameworks
  • Optimize and fine-tune NLP models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability in production settings
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in NLP research, methodologies, and tools
  • Encourage innovation by proposing and executing novel strategies to tackle complex NLP challenges
  • Excellent communication skills

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop NLP systems in accordance with specified requirements
  • Maintain and enhance NLP libraries and frameworks
  • Design and implement natural language processing systems
  • Identify suitable datasets for language learning
  • Utilize effective text representations to convert natural language into actionable features
  • Train the developed models and conduct evaluation experiments
  • Identify and apply the right algorithms and tools for NLP tasks
  • Conduct statistical analysis of results and refine models accordingly
  • Continuously update knowledge in the field of machine learning
  • Implement necessary changes and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
