Job Title: Dental Front Desk

We are seeking a highly skilled and welcoming dental or medical professional to join our talented front desk team at Pure Smiles Dental Group.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have one year of direct work experience in a front office capacity, preferably in a dental office or medical facility. They will be a team player, able to build relationships easily, and possess excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to changes in office policies, technology, and practice protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain office schedules to meet practice goals.
  • Increase and stimulate new patient growth by supporting marketing and promotional programs.
  • Review schedule to identify outstanding treatment, scheduling issues, and financial concerns.
  • Manage unscheduled list, ASAP list, and treatment pending list to ensure patients follow through to meet scheduling goals.
  • Adapt to improvements in office policies and efficiencies as we strive for excellence and growth.
Requirements:
  • One year of direct work experience in a front office capacity.
  • Ability to build relationships easily and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in office policies, technology, and practice protocols.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google, and practice management software (Open Dental experience preferred).
