About Reliable Hyundai

We are a highly-productive and fast-paced automotive dealership seeking a motivated and competitive sales professional to join our team. As a Hyundai Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building enriching relationships with clients, exhibiting consultative selling skills, and continuously developing product and sales acumen to become a vehicle authority.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture long-term relationships with clients to build a loyal customer base.
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date on product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Perform high-quality demonstrations of new and used vehicles to showcase their features and benefits.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure successful referral business and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales objectives and contribute to a positive and inclusive dealership culture.

Requirements

  • Available to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Professional and well-groomed personal appearance, with a clean driving record and valid driver's license.
  • Ability to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
