Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and assistance to participants with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Help participants to develop their independence and reach their full potential
  • Assist with community and social activities, promoting social inclusion and connection
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless support and care
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in disability support or a related field an asset
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
