As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that fosters growth, independence, and community engagement. Your role will involve supervising, assisting, and instructing our supported individuals in activities designed to enhance their independence, as well as providing general housekeeping, meal preparation, and other tasks as assigned.

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are able to exercise good judgment and build sustainable relationships. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and assist supported individuals in daily activities
  • Provide general housekeeping, meal preparation, and other tasks as assigned
  • Assist with community and social activities
  • Report any unsafe conditions or concerns
Requirements:
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
