Endoscopy Technician

NavitsPartners is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Endoscopy Technician to join our team. As an Endoscopy Technician, you will play a vital role in assisting GI physicians during Endoscopy procedures and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist GI physicians during Endoscopy procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Prepare and maintain equipment, supplies, and exam rooms to ensure a smooth and efficient procedure.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the physician.
- Provide educational materials and instructions to patients, ensuring they understand their treatment and care plan.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification as an NA/PCA preferred.
- Ability to read and write at a 10th-grade level and perform math at a 9th-grade level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
This is a 60-day contract position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
