Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Endoscopy Technician to join our team in Chelsea, Massachusetts.

This is a 36-hour per week position with a 12-hour shift. As an Endoscopy Technician, you will play a critical role in the operating room, responsible for the preparation and maintenance of the operating room environment, as well as assisting with the peri-operative care of patients.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of sterile techniques and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and maintain the operating room environment, ensuring a safe and efficient workflow.
• Assist with the peri-operative care of patients, including preparing patients for surgery and maintaining asepsis.
• Work closely with surgeons and nurses to ensure the smooth and efficient function of the operating room.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies.

• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program.
• Current Surgical Technologist Certification or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work 36 hours per week with a 12-hour shift.
• Strong understanding of sterile techniques and ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
