Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Administrator to support our PEO C3T contract in Aberdeen, MD. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative, advisory, and logistical activities in support of the HQ staff directorate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HQ staff directorate, acting as the focal point of contact for HQSD support.
  • Serve as the liaison between the HQSD and visitors to the HQSD, as well as the immediate point of contact for HQSD in terms of schedule managing, travel coordination, and general office support.
  • Determine appropriate read-ahead material, preparation reviews, and other requirements to promote clarity and allow for decisions from the HQSD.
  • Establish plans and programs based on changing situations, exercising wide discretion in the achievement of missions based upon an intuitive knowledge of the HQSD's goals.
  • Interface confidently with higher-level technical experts, applying a thorough knowledge of subordinate activities and outside agencies, as well as a high level of tact, diplomacy, and ability to meet and deal effectively with senior-level military and civilian officials.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in an administrative environment.
  • Defense Travel System experience required.
  • Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment, with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
Physical Demands
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time.
  • Must be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically.
Security Clearance Requirements

Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
