Sales and Business Development Director

Colours Inc. is a leading provider of commercial and industrial coatings solutions seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales growth, develop and execute sales strategies, and lead a team of sales representatives within the coatings division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies and tactics to achieve company sales targets and expand market share within the commercial and industrial coatings sector.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize their potential and performance.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably within the coatings industry.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial and industrial coatings products, applications, and market dynamics.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The territory covers the entire New England area, and overnight travel is required for this position.
