About the Role

As a Marketing Community Outreach Representative for Silver Lining Home Care, you will play a crucial role in promoting and building our company. Your primary responsibility will be to establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with new and existing referral sources in the field.

This includes generating quality leads for home care services, encompassing all lines of business such as Medicaid, private pay, and other insurances. You will be responsible for researching and participating in health and wellness fairs throughout New York City, attending community events, and building relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, community organizations, clinics, and physician practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating community referrals to meet company goals
  • Obtaining referrals from new and existing referral sources
  • Building, developing, and maintaining relationships with current and new referral sources

Requirements:

  • High School diploma
  • Excellent sales and marketing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Standards of high-quality customer service
  • Self-driven with business development goals and ability to execute plans to achieve desired outcomes
  • Must have a vehicle and be willing to travel within NYC

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
