Medcorp, Inc. dba Physician Empire is seeking a highly skilled Physician Medical Director to join our team of 400 providers in 30 outpatient centers and urgent care offices. This is an exciting opportunity for a medical professional to lead and manage our hospitalist services.

About the Role

We are looking for a board-certified Hospitalist Physician to cover day shifts from 9 AM to 5 PM. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our hospitalist team, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage hospitalist services, overseeing patient care and workflow management
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to hospitalist physicians and staff
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care and operational excellence
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

  • Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Hospitalist Physician
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus, but not required
