Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing accurate diagnoses, and implementing evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations.
  • Develop accurate diagnoses based on assessment results.
  • Implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders; monitor and adjust treatment plans.
  • Educate and support patients and families on disorders, treatment strategies, and daily communication improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
Qualifications
  • Education: Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible.
  • Certification: Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Skills: Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
