Speech-Language Pathologist

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Independence, Oregon. This full-time position will involve providing comprehensive speech therapy services to students in a K-12 setting.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech-language therapy.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success.
- Provide consultations and advice on speech and language development.
- Participate in professional development to stay updated with the latest in speech therapy practices.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a closely related field.
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Oregon.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Prior experience in a K-12 school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering engaging and effective interactions.
