We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at AdeIphi MedicaI Staffing. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for supervising CFYs, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel, adhering to department and patient treatment schedules, and providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train CFYs, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address cognitive-communication, speech intelligibility, oral motor skills, swallowing disorders, and other speech-language pathology needs.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to select appropriate therapeutic regimens for each patient and adapt programs and care plans to individual patient needs.
  • Ensure a safe environment and eliminate fire and safety hazards.
  • Order necessary supplies and equipment and maintain, clean, and report the need for equipment repairs.
  • Prioritize patient service and provide high-quality, compassionate care that recognizes individual needs and rights.

Requirements:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the practicing state(s) or proof of eligibility.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow.
  • Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
