Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at AMERICA - DEALER, LLC. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and supporting our management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner, handle basic inquiries, and respond to mail and phone calls.
  • Office Operations: Manage the office filing system, coordinate office events, and perform general office duties such as copying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Supply Management: Monitor office supplies and order replacements as needed.
  • Reception Area Maintenance: Keep the reception area clean and tidy, and ensure that the trash cans are emptied regularly.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the management team with various tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Typing Speed: 60 wpm
  • Experience: 1 year of experience with MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Working Conditions: This role requires standing for long periods of time.
