Nursing Assistant Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team at the Allenbrooke Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Nursing Assistant will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care services to patients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
  • Administer medications as directed by a healthcare professional
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide education and support
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment

Requirements:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant or Health Care Aid certification preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
