Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 per year, based on national averages for similar positions in the United States. Compensation may vary depending on location and experience.

About the Role

This position involves assessing patients' health needs, developing and implementing care plans, and providing ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patients' vital signs, and communicating with patients and families to provide education and support.

Responsibilities

* Assess patients' health needs and develop comprehensive care plans

* Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians

* Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member

* Communicate effectively with patients and families to provide education and support

* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment

* Document patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records

Requirements

* Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing

* Current state license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse

* Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
