Job Responsibilities


As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:



  • Team collaboration with the Store Manager to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Recruitment and development of a skilled and enthusiastic store crew.
  • Inspirational feedback to foster a motivated work environment.
  • Crafting employee schedules to maintain efficiency.
  • Inventory management, including ordering and stocking.
  • Maintaining a safe and welcoming space for customers and staff.
  • Managing key financial aspects to ensure success.
  • Step-in support for the Store Manager during their absence.


Requirements & Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you must:



  • Be at least 18 years old (21 in some states).
  • Have access to a car or other motorized vehicle.
  • Hold liability insurance on your vehicle.
  • Show flexibility and adaptability in working various shifts and days.
  • Be fluent in English and have basic math skills.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
