Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to drive growth, innovation, and excellence in patient care.

  • Collaborate with hospital and ministry leadership to promote understanding, communication, and integration of mission, vision, and values.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with physicians, medical groups, and other stakeholders to promote mutual understanding and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement effective quality and service strategies to ensure high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Lead and be accountable for efforts around customer satisfaction, developing, supporting, continuously measuring, and improving programs to generate and sustain high levels of satisfaction by all groups.
  • Ensure the achievement of financial targets while actively seeking revenue enhancement and/or cost-reduction strategies, balancing mission, and financial performance.
  • Provide leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered, cost-effective healthcare consistent with the organizational mission, vision, and goals.
Qualifications

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive with a strong track record of success in healthcare leadership. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Master's Degree in Health or Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least ten years of significant leadership experience in a healthcare delivery organization.
  • Strong business skills, including finance, negotiation, and business planning.
  • Demonstrated success in working with physicians and a genuine attitude of respect for them.
  • Strong strategic thinker.
