About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Apps Developer to join our team at Advanced Technology Services. As a Power Apps Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying business process solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with analysis of user operations and/or problems and develop system requirements consistent with business needs.
  • Analyze and assess existing business systems and procedures.
  • Work with stakeholders to plan requirements and specifications of conversion and acceptance of new/modified solutions.
  • Formulate a plan, outlining steps required to develop a program, using structured analysis and design. Submit plans for approval.
  • Translate system requirements into a logical, economical, and technically practical system design.
  • Assist with preliminary system design documents and detailed design specifications including layouts, required procedures, and report designs.
  • Design, deploy, test, and monitor new business process solutions. Troubleshoot and debug system errors.
  • Use clear communication to work effectively with team members and customers across multiple disciplines.
  • Assist users in solving operating problems.
  • Administer critical analysis of test results and deliver solutions to problem areas.
  • Develop and maintain user manuals and guidelines.
  • Design, run, and monitor software performance tests on new and existing programs to correct errors, isolate areas for improvement, and general debugging.
  • Act as project manager on small or intermediate system projects, and assume responsibility for the development, accuracy, and completeness of the project.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and standards, as well as new emerging technologies.
  • Ability to interface and provide initial orientation of technical concepts to business audiences.
  • Train end users to operate new or modified programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Proficient with low-code platforms.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Hands-on software troubleshooting experience.
  • Familiar with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
  • Technologies: PowerApps, PowerBI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Strong customer satisfaction skills and demonstrate a high level of professionalism. Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail.
