The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in academic leadership, research, and education. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance academic performance and research productivity, as well as fostering collaboration and innovation among faculty members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive academic excellence and research innovation.
- Lead the Cardiovascular Research Board to promote interdisciplinary collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with Program Directors to design and deliver high-quality educational programs for fellows.
- Align cardiology research with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Board certification in a relevant specialty.
- Significant experience in clinical research and education.
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills.
Salary: $200,000 - $260,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
