The Role
This is a full-time position that requires a Broad Clinical Expertise in Non-Invasive Cardiology, with a strong interest in women's cardiovascular disease. As a Medical Director, you will lead our dynamic group of 30 specialized cardiologists and play a key role in expanding our women's cardiovascular program. You will spend at least 50% of your time focused on women's cardiovascular care, including developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of our women's cardiovascular program, including cardiovascular prevention and cardio-obstetrics* Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes* Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and healthcare partners* Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in Non-Invasive Cardiology and incorporate evidence-based practices into our program

Requirements
* Board Certification in Internal Medicine and Cardiology* Eligibility for medical licensure in Louisiana* Strong leadership and communication skills* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment* Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care* Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and other clinical software systems

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $350,000-$450,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and continuing education opportunities.
