The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the equipment sector within their designated area, align our products with customer requirements, and cultivate robust relationships with key clients.

Position Summary

  • Oversee sales activities in a specified region throughout North America
  • Work remotely to discover and secure sales opportunities
  • Utilize a newly established warehouse in your area stocked with premium refurbished parts
  • Leverage existing connections with local dealerships and end-users to boost sales
  • Receive a competitive salary and incentive structure

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell refurbished excavator components to both retail and wholesale customers
  • Develop a customer engagement strategy through site visits and presentations
  • Document customer interactions in CRM after each visit
  • Serve as the primary contact for deliveries and returns
  • Identify regional purchasing opportunities to enhance inventory
  • Provide insights on equipment demographics and demand trends
  • Conduct competitive assessments and create dealership maps
  • Prepare quotes, generate invoices, and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Verify part numbers to guarantee customers receive the correct items

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience with excavators or related components
  • A well-established network of business contacts in the local area
  • In-depth knowledge of equipment demographics and demand in the region
  • Experience in generating sales reports and forecasts
  • Ability to work remotely and effectively utilize CRM systems
  • Understanding of part compatibility based on serial/model numbers
  • Proven accountability and strong communication skills
