Salesforce CRM Analytics Specialist

We are looking for a Salesforce CRM Analytics Specialist to become part of our team. This role is responsible for developing scalable reporting and analytics solutions for Insperity teams utilizing the Salesforce CRM Analytics platform. Collaborating with business partners, data engineering, data science teams, and leadership, you will create analytics solutions that deliver valuable insights into various performance metrics across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement analytics solutions with a focus on functionality, data integrity, security, integration, infrastructure, and performance.
  • Manage the integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and system improvements to maximize efficiency.
  • Utilize advanced data visualization tools for information retrieval, reporting, and evaluating operational performance and business effectiveness to meet evolving business and reporting requirements.
  • Create new metrics to support key business decisions.
  • Develop processes and tools to monitor data quality and assess business performance.
  • Ensure all customer and quality standards are met in the delivery of analytics products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
  • Adopt Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to enhance CRM and analytics capabilities.
  • Contribute to the achievement of Insperity's organizational goals.
  • Assist colleagues in reaching Insperity's organizational objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the department supervisor.
  • Participate in the Disaster Recovery plan as required.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience is required, including leadership in technical projects.
  • At least three years of experience with large datasets, business intelligence, data analytics, and CRM Analytics visualization tools such as Salesforce Einstein, Salesforce CRM Analytics, and Tableau.
  • CRM Analytics certification is mandatory.
  • Salesforce Trailhead Certification is required.
  • Experience with other business intelligence (BI), extract-transform-load (ETL), CRM Analytics, and reporting tools is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Web Components is essential.
  • Expertise in integrating Salesforce data and external data into Salesforce CRM Analytics/Tableau CRM using datasets and data recipes.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce LWC, Salesforce APIs, SAQL, and SOQL. Competency in reading and writing Salesforce Analytics Query Language (SAQL) and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) is required.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets using both structured and unstructured data (e.g., JSON).
  • Strong skills in visualization design and dashboard development using BI tools such as Salesforce Analytics/Tableau CRM and Tableau.
  • Understanding of data modeling concepts and practical experience in data analytics using advanced data exploration techniques to provide insights to business users.
  • Knowledge of dashboard/user experience (UX) design and aesthetics for both mobile and desktop platforms.
  • Competency in developing ETL processes for dataset preparation and management.
  • Working knowledge of data modeling is essential.
  • Competency in administering, configuring, and securing CRM Analytics is required.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are crucial.
