MOG INTERNATIONAL LLC is committed to providing high-quality care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. We are seeking experienced and dedicated professionals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals.

About the Position:

  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and report any changes or concerns to the Direct Support Supervisor.
  • Participate in individualized planning and goal-setting to enhance the quality of life for each individual.
  • Document all activities and interactions in individual service notes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care, including toileting, washing, and feeding.
  • Prepare meals and snacks according to individual dietary needs and preferences.
  • Engage individuals in recreational and social activities to promote their overall well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of individual progress and document any changes or concerns.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • First Aid and CPR certification (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on location and experience.
