Job Title: Behavioral Intervention Specialist

The role of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at US Medical Staffing Inc. involves providing direct support services to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities in a school setting. This position requires implementing behavior support plans, collecting data on student behavior, and collaborating with the educational team to achieve the goals of students with behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities:
  • Implementing individualized behavior support plans
  • Collecting and recording data on student behavior
  • Collaborating with the educational team to develop and implement interventions

Qualifications:
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • A high school diploma or equivalent and a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with ASD or other developmental disabilities in a school or clinical setting

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
