At DOC-AID Urgent Care, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate medical care to our community. We operate from 10 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week, and seek a motivated and experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team.

You will work on an 'A' or 'B' schedule, alternating between Pharr and Weslaco, with daily shifts from 9 AM to 9 PM. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Check patients in/out, verify insurance, and answer phone calls.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
  • Patient intake, including vital signs and medical histories, document in EMR system.
  • Maintain examination rooms and assist with basic clinical procedures.
  • Provide patient education on treatment, medications, and follow-up care.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance patient care and improve workflow.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
