Job Overview

The Border Region Mhmr Community Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Services Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a vital part in providing diagnostic assessment reviews, recovery plan and authorization reviews, as well as completing intake assessments and crisis interventions as needed.

This position requires strong communication and social interaction skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including children and adolescents. A Master's Degree in Behavioral Science, plus one year of relevant work experience, is required for this role.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic assessment reviews and provide recommendations for recovery plans
  • Review and authorize treatment plans, ensuring compliance with established guidelines
  • Complete intake assessments and crisis interventions as needed, demonstrating effective communication and social interaction skills
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery
