Claims Support Specialist

Position Overview:
Assist the claims team in managing workers' compensation cases, ensuring efficient processing and support for various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate new claims within the system
- Manage incoming correspondence and document entries
- Process financial transactions and generate standard communication
- Provide assistance during client calls
- Adhere to safety and compliance standards
- Perform additional responsibilities as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Educational Background & Experience:
- High school diploma is required; a degree is preferred
- Experience in a customer service-oriented office setting is advantageous
Compensation:
$22.36 per hour
