Compensation: £11.02 per hour
Role Overview: The primary duty of this position is to support customers utilizing the rail system, interact with travelers, and improve their journey experience. You will foster a culture of safety and security by being a comforting presence, providing assistance and direction. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries and delivering outstanding service during disruptions, managing crowds, and aiding with onward travel arrangements. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with diverse groups of people.
Qualifications: Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid Frontline SIA license, and have the necessary documentation to work in the UK. Availability for shifts from Monday to Sunday, starting as early as 4:45 AM and concluding at 1:45 AM, is required.
